Hello, my name is Cao Loi, and I am from Quy Nhon, a city in Vietnam’s central Highlands.

Quy Nhon is famed for its fish sauce and gorgeous beaches. I am a Danang University of Economics student who has worked for a travel company since 2010.
My duties:
Make arrangements for flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and special activities, such as tours and excursions.
Describe excursions for clients and provide information about local culture and attractions. 
Provide information on essential documents, such as passports and visas, as well as compliance with cross-border entrance standards, such as health and safety protocols.
Make alternate booking arrangements if changes occur before or during the trip.
