but a new way of seeing things.

I am Andy Pham, CEO and Founder of Vietnam Budget Car Rental. Being an entrepreneur has always been my dream and passion because it gives me a variety of resonances that I experience daily.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Ho Chi Minh University of Economics, I worked for a fashion design company that mainly manufactured and exported athletic shoes and handbags to the United States, Canada, and countries in the Middle East.

In 2007, I was promoted from assistant to board manager. My responsibilities included consulting, sales, communicating with clients, and budget planning quarterly and annually.

I also pursued a degree in website design. I specialize in website design, building, and marketing. I participated in many company activities and successfully designed website projects such as the Novoland Real Estate website, the 24 Hours Retailer website, the Laptop Discounter website, the Employment Referral App, the Dating App, and the Taxi App.

In 2011, I took on the position of website project designer and consultant.

2012, director of marketing, and project supervisor.

In 2014, I resigned from my job and founded my company, Vietnam Budget Car Rental. My company offers car rentals with or without drivers. We organize sightseeing tours with experienced English and Vietnamese-speaking tour guides for local and foreign tourists. We also offer low-cost customized cruise ship shore excursions on the same day of return to the ship or an overnight hotel stay. We can provide meals accordingly, customized per guests’ requests.
